Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet then you can change your shipping address. Please email the below email with your order number and address change.

Can I cancel my order?

We endevaour to make orders ship out as fast as possible. This means we start working on your order as soon as we can. If you would like to cancel your order please contact within 12 hours of ordering.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on all faulty or damaged products.

However, we do not accept returns for change of mind due to the customised nature of our products.

Local pick up?

We don't offer local pickup to protect the privacy of where we live. However, we do offer local delivery for within Ulladulla, Milton and Burril Lake.

Domestic Shipping Times

We ship all our orders via Australia Post. On average, shipping takes about 2 to 10 business days to arrive. However, there can be delays at times, so please allow for those when ordering. We offer express shipping on all products, and it is recommended to upgrade when needing an item as quickly as possible for a deadline.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the UK, America, New Zealand, Canada and Europe.

We ship all our orders via Australia Post. On average, shipping takes about 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. However, there can be delays at times, so please allow for those when ordering. We offer express shipping on all products, and it is recommended to upgrade when needing an item as quickly as possible for a deadline.

Processing Times

Processing times are the time we need to create and complete your order. Each product is handmade just for you, meaning we need time to be able to achieve this. Processing times are shown on the announcement bar; please take note when ordering.

Rush Orders

We do welcome rush orders on all our products, however you must contact prior to ordering so we can ensure your needs can be met. It isn't always possible but we do try our best to make sure we can.
